DIY Farmhouse Décor: Fabric Watermelons (Design Team Project for Reneabouquets)

 For this project, I decided to create a cute farmhouse set of fabric watermelons displayed in, what else?... a basket!  The fabric watermelons can be  assembled using either a sewing machine, fabric glue or a hot glue gun! They are easy,  fun and showcases a feeling of summer, for sure! I was able to apply some cute décor using product from Reneabouquets.com that makes the entire ensemble a must-make! S/2 Wood Shabby Farmhouse Watermelons for Home Décor (Design Team Project for Reneabouqets)

 For this project I found a small cupboard drawer at Habitat for Humanity ...one of my favorite places for finding inexpensive pieces that can be repurposed into home décor. For instance, this piece cost me 50 cents...totally affordable!  I thought it would be a great size to cut in half and make a set of shabby farmhouse watermelons for summer décor! It all came together quite quickly  with a little paint, paper, creativity (a jigsaw ...LOL) and beautiful product from Reneabouquets.com.
