DIY Country Farmhouse Chicken Designs For Home Decor + Free Patterns (08/22/26)

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that have a Country Farmhouse Inspired look! I decided to make some home decor pieces with a  fun chicken theme! What’s a year without chicken decor? 🐓🐓

We’ll have chicken designs for a kitchen towel, a pillow and a stuffie!! It’s not a perfect matched set, but they are perfectly cute!😁

P.S. The chicken stuffie with the brown floral wing, was not made in my video, I just decided to make another one with extra fabric that I had cut. 😃

DIY Country Farmhouse Pillows for Home Decor + Free PDF Patterns (08/15/26)

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that are perfect for Country Farmhouse Inspired Home Decor Fun!  We are gonna make an apple pillow, a flower pillow and a goose pillow!🍎🌸🪿

They may not be the most perfectly matched pillow family…but they were SO much fun to make! And honestly, I think a little hodgepodge is exactly what we need.  😂

DIY Vintage Thrifted Home Decor + free printables! (08/08/26)

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that are perfect for Vintage Inspired Home Decor Fun! We will be rescuing a few forgotten treasures and giving them a beautiful new chapter. An old cabinet door from a free pile, vintage Shakespeare book pages, a thrifted spindle, and scrap wood come together to create three unique pieces of vintage-inspired home décor. I love the challenge of looking at something that has been overlooked and imagining what it could become. You don’t always need expensive supplies or brand-new materials to create something special—sometimes the best projects begin with what someone else was ready to let go. I hope these ideas inspire you to look at your own forgotten treasures a little differently.

DIY Country Vintage Farmhouse Cherry Home Decor + free pattern! (08/01/26)

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that are perfect for Summer Home Decor Fun! We have finished our Christmas in July series, so now it’s on to a little bit of summer hodgepodge before we head into…dare I say it???…FALL decor!!  I can’t believe it’s almost time! Anyhooooo, for this particular segment, I’ve been wanting to create some cherry decor! It was hard to narrow my ideas to three, but I’ve done it…with the slight possibility that I may just need to add in one (or two more😉) projects with cherry decor, but for now, let’s work on these designs! 😃 

Let’s talk specifics I put a fun twist on a cutting board idea, used a thrifted vintage muffin tin to create a sweet decor piece and lastly, I have been wanting to do a cherry pillow!!! …and not just a regular square pillow with a cherry appliqué. (Although I did find some fun inspiration for these on Pinterest, so I may have to put my twist on this idea and make one 🤪) but for today, I have been wanting to make the 3D version and I searched and searched for a pattern and could find nothing except a few patterns sold on Etsy to make cherry key chains, so I set out to draw my own! They aren’t perfect but it gets the job done and I might add…this pillow is exceptionally adorable! I should charge for the pattern, but as usual, I will not! 😉 The link for the pattern is below. This pattern is for personal use only and not for reproduction on the World Wide Web, so enjoy!  

I’ll also have some close-up photos below as well, so you can see how these cherry pieces look when they are completed and you can watch my YouTube video (link below) to see how these are made as well as get some Etsy links to get yourself the the adorable digi printables that can be used on two of these projects!  I love buying digi printables on Etsy, because you just download the file(s) and print the images at home. Usually the price is very inexpensive and the bonus is this: I don’t have to design them! 😉😜

DIY Rustic Farmhouse Christmas Home Decor + free pattern! (07/25/26)

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that are perfect for Christmas in July!!  However, this is the last of these videos! 😳 Say what?!? yep! You read right!  🤪 That’s it for this month! I hope you have enjoyed all my ideas and if you don’t want to start crafting Christmas in the middle of a heat wave, then save these projects to make later in the year when your air conditioning isn’t turned on! 🤪  Now let’s get on with the fine print! 😉 All these projects have a rustic wood theme and I think they came out fabulous!! Christmas in July Candy Cane Style Pillows + free patterns (07/18/26)

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that are perfect for Christmas in July!! 😁 All these projects have a candy cane theme decor and all these projects are pillows! Sometimes I simply love doing a whole video making pillows and while that might be exciting, the final outcome of these designs are! So stick with me and let’s get creating! These pillows can be done whether you sew, glue or both! Watch my YouTube video (link below) to see how these are made!  If you don’t want to start crafting Christmas in the middle of a heat wave, then save these projects to make later in the year when your air conditioning isn’t turned on! 🤪

DIY Americana Fabric Bunting Banners + Free Patterns! (06/27/26)

 Today, I am sharing two DIY projects that are perfect for summer decorating, patriotic displays, rustic farmhouse decor, and adding a touch of Americana charm to your home! These ideas can be created for any occasion with just a change of fabric styles! I know we are awful close to our Patriotic 🇺🇸 holiday, but we still have about 1 week to go…which is plenty of time to make either of these projects because they are easy to make! If you don’t find time to make these immediately, I encourage you to try switching up the fabric and making a fun summer style! 😃

 Today, I am sharing three DIY projects that are perfect for summer decorating, patriotic displays, rustic farmhouse decor, and adding a touch of Americana charm to your home! Below you’ll find some free printables to help you create these or use the printables for some of your other crafts! I’ll also share some close-up photos plus a link to my YouTube video for a complete start to finish process of all 3 projects! 

P.S. when I used the July 4th printable for my project, I printed the words onto some muslin fabric using my inkjet printer! This can also be done with a laser printer, but it may be lighter in color. If you need help with this, I’ve got a short video link below to show you my technique that works best for me and gets the best results!
