Today, I am sharing three DIYprojects with a Fall theme, which could be a bit unusual this time of year, but let’s do it! 🤣🤣🤣
These projects are all inspired by ideas from Pinterest…a great place to find inspiration when your creative mojo needs a little help! 😉 I’ve created a cute fabric pumpkin carriage, (I originally saw quite a few ideas of these on Pinterest but as a tiny pin cushion!) My first thought was..this needs to be full size…and so it came to be!! I also decided to make a wood pumpkin with scraps from the old woodpile. I’ve done this a couple times this season, but each one looks completely different because you never know what kind of wood scraps you’ll be drawn to and lastly, I wanted to create a fun fall leaf shape for a pillow! I used a thrifted wool pillow cover for this one. It’s a fun shape, great texture and it looks totally cute on a couch saddled up with a large fabric pumpkin! Trust me! I hope you like what I came up with! These projects are fun to make!
If you love adding rustic farmhouse handmade charm to your home, I hope you’ll join me for this fun adventure!
🍁 Let’s talk a few specifics: I’ll have a free PDF pattern below that you can use to make the leaf shaped pillow! There will also be some close-up photos, so you can see how these pieces look when they are completed and you can watch my YouTube video (link below) to see how these are made step by step!
