As you enter into this blog, you will find all sorts of DIY's from home décor to papercrafting...all created by me...a sweet & sassy woman, saved by Grace. I am always challenging my world of handmade possibilities & I am always seeking the crafty life! I hope you find lots of inspiration here!
For these projects, I have created three easy signs using basically one similar design for all three. I wanted all of them to share the same theme of our American Flag for this 4th of July Holiday here in the USA. I will have the link to the entire start to finish video process of all three signs from my You Tube channel for you down below, as well as three free printables that you can use for your signs. The first two printable are the ones I created using my Cricket Design Space program and then cut them out with my Cricket Explore Air. I used the designs as stencils on two of my signs vs cutting out vinyl. the last printable is the shape of the USA sign that you can enlarge and cut out of wood for yourself! I created the quote printables for those that may not have a cutting machine. You can just simply resize them and use carbon paper to trace them on to your signs and complete the designs by painting with a paint brush/paint or even a paint pen. **All printables are for personal use only**
Hope you enjoy! Thanks for stopping by!

For this project, I had a photo that I have held onto for about 2 years, waiting for inspiration. It is a wedding photo of a beautiful bride who is a daughter of a good friend of mine. About 2 years ago, I created a design team project for Reneabouquets using my first photo from this bride...here is the link to that post: https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/7404696109345546530/540967841321932253 . But the theme for this next photo just never came to mind...until a few weeks ago. It is a surprise gift for my friend and I sincerely hope she likes it and will display it in her home next to the other gift that I gave her.
I was able to use beautiful product from Reneabouquets.com to make this project full of shabby richness and exquisite memories. I will have my You Tube video link to entire start to finish process below, as well as close up photos. I will also provide the links to the Reneabouquets product that I used on this project! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you love this project as much as I do!

I started this project idea with a house shaped home decor piece that was found at Goodwill and I wanted to turn it into a farmhouse shabby, mixed media piece of art with a little rustic personality!
My goal was to have the piece have a little touch of bird house essence, yet capture the heart and memory of a home! I was able to do that with beautiful product from Reneabouquets.com. I will have the links to the product I used down below the photos as well as the link to the entire start to finish DIY video from my You Tube channel! There will also be a coupon code down below, as well, for you to use while shopping at Reneabouquets.com. Thanks for stopping by!

I wanted to create a cute Springtime Shabby Farmhouse Home Decor Sign, working with a color palate of Teals and Grays. I was inspired by a cute quote on Pinterest and changed the wording a bit to suit my design because I really wanted to focus on the theme of Springtime flowers and bees so that I could incorporate some of the Reneabouquets Beautiful Board product and Reneabouquets Mulberry Paper Flowers that would match the final result of the quote! I will be honest, it wasn't hard to do! The sign I chose to use as a base was already a home decor sign that I purchased last fall from Hobby Lobby (on sale, of course!) It was already painted and distressed, so part of that work was done for me. I also added some elements onto the project to give it a slight rustic feel that would work well with the distress of the sign itself. So, if you would like to see how I put this sign together, I will have the entire start to finish process of my You Tube Video down below the pictures as well as the links to the Reneabouquets product I used on this project. I started with this decor frame that I had for years and when I got it, I changed out the original print and did a paper craft project in the center opening of the mat. That hung on the wall for a few years, and then into the attic it went, stored, until finally it hit the garage sale pile. While thinking of a project to do, I thought about that frame and stole it back off the junk pile and decided to recycle it into a new Farmhouse/Shabby "Window" Frame. The original color was a dark burgundy, but I wanted a fresh Spring look with soft grays, whites and peaches. I also wanted a little bit of a rustic look, so if you look close in the photos, I've added a small wood slices and a wood stick to the mix (as I did with my last design team project). I just liked those small touches and some of the supplies were still out on my craft table, so I decided to use some of the same pieces again. I created the sentiment on the "window" using my Cricut vinyl cutting machine. I went with white becusae I thought it felt fresh with the decor embellishments, mulberry paper flowers and Beautiful Board product from Reneabouquets.com. I will have all the links down below to the product I used from Reneabouquets as well as the full start to finish video from my You Tube channel! You won't want to miss the process! Time to create another Farmhouse style sign! Because, well, I just am not tired of doing them!! So its a treat for me to create them and I hope to inspire you to create one for yourself! I started with a partial sign kit I had bought...so I am using the main board piece and the large ring from the kit. The sign didn't come with a frame. You could have purchased the frame, but I did not, because I mainly wanted the elements in the kit...but as I began designing the sign...I wished I had the frame. What to do...build my own! I started with two frames from Dollar Tree and using my Miter Saw I cut down the pieces of the frame to the sizes I needed and...after some sawing time...I had a frame! I painted and distressed all my pieces and was ready to decorate.
Jumping forward, I was able to complete the shabby portion of the project with beautiful product from Reneabouquets.com including one of her brand new Beautiful Board releases.. the Dainty Butterfly set. Soooo gorgeous and perfect for those farmhouse inspired projects... As with all Reneabouquets Beautiful Board pieces they come in a beautiful vintage white finish and can top off any of your creativity needs!

I've seen this post on Pinterest, like 1000 times and have wanted to recreate it for awhile...and now was the time. It was a simple post...the project was made by using wood pieces that spelled out the word 'love' with a metal shaped heart for the 'o'. Simplistic in nature, rustic...right up my alley! I actually had a bundle of these thin wood pieces that I got from Habitat For Humanity last year for $1.00. They were the perfect pieces of wood for a project like this. I really wanted my project to be the same theme...farmhouse inspired, rustic...but with a little twist of shabby thrown in and I wanted to use some elements that would give it a homey industrial sort of look. Completing my project to its beautiful end was completely easy using product from Reneabouquets.com. I will have the links to the product I used down below as well as the You Tube Video showing the entire star to finish process! Also there will be an April Coupon Code down below to use with your Reneabouquets order! Here are the pics! Thanks for stopping by!
