So this post if for an old project that I created a couple of years ago and I’ve had a lot of people ask for the printable since. The one I used came from Creative Fabrica.com. I can’t just share that…I’m free to use it but I don’t have license for it since it isn’t my design. Here is another one I created…a little simpler in design, but still cute! It’s a PDF link.
